Amazing Athletes is looking for Mobile Coaches and Assistant Coaches to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential for additional hours based on performance. Coaches will lead sports and fitness classes for children in schools and daycare centers across the area.
Amazing Athletes is a fun, structured program that introduces children to a variety of sports while helping to build coordination, self-esteem, and a lifelong love of fitness. Our program focuses on children ages 3-10, providing them with the skills and confidence to enjoy sports in a positive and supportive environment. In our classes, every kid is an athlete!
Qualities We’re Looking For
- Upbeat, Positive, and Energetic
- Love for Children
- Experience with Young Children is preferred, but not required
- Athletic Background, either as a participant or coach, is preferred but not necessary
- Reliable Transportation
- Flexibility: availability to work weekday mornings and afternoons
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare: Review and follow approved lesson plans for all classes.
- Teach: Lead sports and fitness activities using our approved curriculum.
- Maintain Professionalism: Wear the approved uniform and present a professional image at all times.
- Equipment: Transport and set up necessary class materials (equipment is provided).
Job Requirements
- Physical Ability: Must be in good physical condition to engage in activities like running, bending, jumping, and carrying equipment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with children, parents, and facility staff.
- Dependability: Must be prompt, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility: Able to adapt to changing classroom dynamics and adjust to varying schedules.
- Customer Service: Must demonstrate good judgment, patience, and a friendly, energetic attitude toward children and their families.
Available Hours: A total of 10-20 hours per week Monday-Friday.

The Amazing Athletes JumpBunch program gets children moving with an unmatched variety of 70+ sports, activities, and fitness-based games in a fun, friendly & non-competitive learning environment. JumpBunch is a P.E. class for ages 18 months-12 years. Take part in camps, private groups, school enrichment, birthday parties and more!
Karate Zoo is for ages 3-6. It is inspired by the traditions & practices of martial arts and is designed to benefit a child’s physical, social & emotional development while building confidence & teaching practical life lessons. KZ Martial Arts is for ages 6-12 and is inspired by the traditions and practices of martial arts. KZ Martial Arts is designed to benefit elementary-aged kids’ physical, social, and emotional development while building confidence and teaching practical life lessons. Students practice and perform 12 different skills in the program bringing martial arts alive in a fun and engaging way. Each skill introduced is designed for progression with beginner, intermediate, and advanced modifications - allowing each student to progress at their own pace in a mixed ability group setting. Hi-yah!
In Little Rookies, we go beyond the game to instill a love for baseball in young players. Our focus is on teaching the fundamentals in an all-inclusive and encouraging atmosphere. Programs include Parent & Me (ages 2-3), Minors (ages 3-5) and Majors (ages 6-10). Take part in classes, camps, school enrichment, birthday parties and more!
